I've been with St James Place as my end to end Wealth Advisors for over 7 years.
Sarah has been my financial advisor for 5 of those 7 years and is truly incredible.
I'm kept up to date on my wealth account all the time, have regular meetings to review my position and i'm always kept in the loop with the changes in the market.
I couldn't recommend working with St James Place enough.

11 reviews 3 days agoThe financial adviser they assigned to us has effectively gone AWOL, failing to answer emails or do anything.
The central teams at SJP are little better, we've found it difficult to even get them to release money from our investments, causing us significant difficulties.
Raised a complaint, which has been sat with them for 4 weeks, then we got an email saying we should expect it will take another 4 weeks to answer it.
On closer examination, SJP charge very heavy fees on top of your investments for what they do - this level of service is inexcusable.

13 reviews 3 days ago4Life Wealth Management is the worst possible company you could ever have the displeasure of using. I have been trying to sort out my pension for well over a year. They promise to call you back with a plan (numerous times) and nobody ever does. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have been trying to consolidate all of my pensions into a St Jame's Place pension fund but they seem incapable of performing even this simple task. Do not trust them with your money! I phoned St. James's place and asked them who my new advisor was they they were unable to tell me, leaving me in limbo. What a joke!

He is always available by phone or Email and quick to respond. We met with him this week and are very happy with how our investments have grown and look forward to a profitable future. People need to ignore the scaremongers and speak to your advisor to allay any worries. Thank you Denise and Martin

27 Aug 2024I do not trust this company anymore. Despite the most stressful 3 months since the passing of my father, SJP are still refusing to release our money. Just a warning to anyone thinking about setting up a gift trust for your loved ones, please don’t! The company promises to pay out within a week, then we were told 6 weeks and now 3 months have passed and I still don’t when or even if we will get any of our own money back. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with and my letter of complaint will be sent to the FOS and join a big pile by what I’ve read in other reviews. If I ever get a satisfactory conclusion to this shambles I will update this review….

Everything now running smoothly and the funds are outstripping drawings which I never thought would be the case 4 years ago. We have kept in constant touch ever since and its an enjoyable rarity nowadays to have someone answer the phone and return an email . My dealings with SJP have been absolutely first class and I would recommend them to anybody

14 Mar 2024I have been a client of SJP for 5 years now. Initially I was a novice in investments and pensions and thanks to help from my adviser I have become more knowledgeable. SJP have helped me grow my money and aim towards a much better future for myself. I couldn't be happier, I've made good returns, saved tax and I have strategy for life which I couldn't do without SJP.

Updated 29 Feb 2024I am very confident investing with SJP and have been investing regularly for a few years now. They are honest, reliable and realistic about what to expect when it comes to investing with them. This year in particular I have started to see very positive results with my investments and I hope to maintain a long term partnership with SJP and James Dare. Patience and Persistence really does pay off! It’s worth it!

13 Feb 2024Firstly I was recommended by a close friend to contact SJP who had nothing but good things to say about their service. Matt was very friendly when I first contacted SJP and met with me to discuss my options and was very knowledgeable but also spoken in simple terms which I understood. When moving a large sum of money across and combining pensions it can be quite daunting and you put your faith in the experts. Having invested in their pension plan my pot has increased by over 10% already and doing really well combined to my other open pension. Yes, its early days but my experience so far has been good hence the reason I'm happy to share my story with you.

26 Feb 2024I was very anxious and stressed over my pension, so really need advice on how to move forward.
It took me nearly a year to actually make the decision to change to SJP and my advisor, Chris, was extremely patient with me.
The whole experience was great - very relaxed, every was explained fully and I now believe I will get the best results possible when the time comes to retire.
I love the fact that I can have regular meeting with Chris and feel I am being given the best advise every step of the way

15 Feb 2024I have been with SJP for almost 10 years. Their advice has been excellent in where to invest and how to manage my pensions, ISA's and Unit trusts. Also clear personal advice on how best to manage my estate to give the best way of passing on my estate in the most tax efficient way to my family. I have also probed in depth the reasons for the current bad press SJP are receiving and have satisfied myself and my spouse to retain the continued confidence and investment in SJP.

20 Feb 2024We’ve been using SSJ for a few years now, they came well recommended and have exceeded our expectations. Great people and better advise. Nick is a diamond, set us up for life and we couldn’t be more impressed. We don’t have a massive portfolio but Nick has made what we have work really well.

2 Mar 2024So, I have been an SJP client for 8 years. My account manager, Dean Latter, (Stroud Wealth Management Ashford) has been nothing short of exceptional. He has managed my pension very well and explained all the intricacies of what best to do in the current markets. We remain in contact several times a year, and we have long discussions around numerous subjects.
I have seen the media view of SJP and it does not align with my view at all. I have had nothing but outstanding service and commitment. I have had clear an concise information about how to manage my account (with really good results!) and dealt with in a friendly professional manner.
I have nothing but praise for the service I have received over the last 8 years.
